Repair performed quickly and effectively and for a reasonable price

Unfriendly, waste of time! Refused to do the work as he could not find a car parking right by the house. Funnily enough, all other contractors have no issues (gardeners, electrician, etc...) I even offered to pay for parking which is right by the end of our street but I guess too long to walk 2 minutes for this lazy person. I am actually glad he did not do the job considering the attitude and approach to work. Do not use!

Good pre-arrival comms. Robert came and assessed the job, explained what was needed, and shared his knowledge and experience so I felt I had a good understanding of the issue, and was happy with the outcome. Would use again, and happy to recommend.
