When our alarm stopped working, I thought that our alarm system was so old that it would need to be upgraded or replaced. However, Dan thought he could fix the system. Which did very quickly. Dan came back to service our alarm several years after he installed it. The best feedback I can give is that the system has operated perfectly and we only decided to have it serviced as the batteries were getting low. Dan came and checked the system, changed a battery and ensured everything was working as expected. Brilliant work by a brilliant guy.

Dan fitted an alarm for us about 18 months ago, it has worked perfectly but the other day we had a system fault and discovered it was due to a flat battery in the alarm bell. Dan was quick to respond and fix the problem only charging for the battery even though the alarm was over 18 months old. A really nice guy who cares about doing a good job and making sure his customers get a good outcome.

Dan was courteous and helped us arrive at the best solution. He upgraded our system, configured it to how we wanted and demonstrated how it works. He arrived when he said he would, was very tidy and courteous. Highly recommend.
