I initially thought the installation was good, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I contacted Andrew with a straightforward query about the Wi-Fi functionality. Two WhatsApp messages were read and ignored, I left a voicemail asking for a call back, then sent a formal email giving seven days to respond. It has now been over a week with no acknowledgement at all. I paid almost £5,000 for a system with a 5-year warranty, but the complete lack of communication has left me with no confidence in the support I’ll receive if I ever need that warranty.

Top class from survey, to quote, to install. Initial survey was prompt, and Andrew was very informative with suggestions for best systems and layout. The quote had different options as budget was also important. The install date was set and didn't move, it was efficient with the entire team being super professional and courteous. From minute one everyone was on it. It went without any issues and I'm delighted with the results. I would happily recommend anyone who is looking for a professional, safe, installation from a team who are clearly experts in their field. Great job.

Andrew and the team were absolutely brilliant, from start to finish. Andrew initially visited my property and discussed where best to fit the air conditioning units. He explained the work required and how long it would take. On the day, he turned up promptly with the team who got to work straight away. No fuss, no drama, the team worked right through the day and finished before giving me a run through of the units and the work done. Very professional and polite. Really happy we chose this company. Would definitely recommend! Good job done!

37 Degrees recently installed air conditioning for us and did an excellent job from start to finish. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy and the system is working perfectly. Andrew and his team worked incredibly hard to get the job finished on time. Initially Andrew took the time to explain our options clearly and answered any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend 37 Degrees.

The service received from start to finish was fantastic. Really quick response to attend and quote for the work required. The price provided was extremely competitive and reflected the work, materials and time required. The installation team arrived on time, were extremely polite and respectful of our home. They carried out the work with great care and consideration while recognising that we were working from home so adjusted their required tasks reference electrical works and drilling accordingly. The finished install has been done to the highest of standard and reflects the great work done.
