I initially thought the installation was good, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I contacted Andrew with a straightforward query about the Wi-Fi functionality. Two WhatsApp messages were read and ignored, I left a voicemail asking for a call back, then sent a formal email giving seven days to respond. It has now been over a week with no acknowledgement at all. I paid almost £5,000 for a system with a 5-year warranty, but the complete lack of communication has left me with no confidence in the support I’ll receive if I ever need that warranty.

I’m disappointed to be fair. We always try our best to make the customer happy. We are an air conditioning company. We try and assist our customers to set up their WiFi with their internet access and their own passwords. The customers air-conditioning installed is working with the remote. I have been extremely busy in this heatwave so apologised to the customer for the delayed reply to the WiFi query.
