    Great communication, quick to pick up or call. Richard, salesman, easy going, not forceful and happy to spitball ideas. Fitters were great and have done a genuinely good job. Only slight "issue" was that the job was meant to take 2/2.5 days but ended up being 4 days. That wasn't too much hassle for us though, and you can't rush good work.
