We’ve hired Derek before for a full interior renovation of our house and were very happy with his work. This time around we hired him for our exterior renovations - removal of old slabs/pathways, shed and flowerbeds in the garden. Replaced with new slabs/pathways and drain gulley. Straightened out our sinking driveway. Replaced door handles. Cleared moss from roof and cleaned gutters. Again very happy, very professionally done and good communication as ever. We will be hiring Derek again for more external work. Would highly recommend.

Super pleased with the work carried by Del. My bedrooms, landing and hallway look amazing, the work has completely revamped my home. The new wooden flooring and skirtings look fantastic! I really look forward to 3D Build returning in the spring to fit my new kitchen because the workmanship is excellent, they are tidy, considerate and really helpful! We ordered our utility room cupboards and worktop through wren who came around and measured for the perfect size. Derek was our tradesman who we contacted to do the job, when all the materials turned up Derek got to work and started building, we came across a massive problem and this was down to wren’s measurements being wrong and they had not taken into account the sloping ceiling. Derek using his knowledge and wealth of experience told us he was able to change the whole room around so it would all fit, we trusted him that he knew best and let him carry on. Derek and his team were amazing. Not only did they perform the work requested professionally and tidily, they also made recommendations to improve the work, e.G., window size, and identified some safety issues from previous work and resolved them for us. For example, making safe some electrical sockets and also adding a beam to make the roof more structurally sound. The new tiles on the roof have really freshened up the house and the loft insulation and interior now makes this room much more welcoming. Thank you, Derek!

Our new house was very outdated and it looked horrible but Derek renovated it for us and it now looks fabulous! Hard to believe that it’s the same house! Derek is an excellent all round builder, very efficient and experienced, great eye for detail, helpful, very good customer focus, always on time, fine workmanship, he always left the house clean, and his fees are very reasonable. We are very happy customers and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Derek for any job. He is now our go to builder and we will be calling him again for future projects. Thank you Derek.
