Can't seem to update my original review as Checkatrade doesn't seem to think it is from my account. All works completed satisfactorily so definitely "All's well that ends well" as far as I am concerned.

I'd like to leave a glowing review, Murray seems a nice guy and I was impressed with how quickly he came over to view the job. I know things overrun in the trade and it's not always easy to predict start dates etc but he seemed to lose interest after the first (incomplete) quote, asked me to liaise directly with subcontractor he uses for doors&windows (which is OK but not ideal), and stopped answering the phone. Two agreed dates were missed leaving me in the lurch with no builder. So, sorry, but 1/10 at best.

Fantastic family business. Quoted work with a quick phone call and some photos. Work carried out on arranged date, friendly, excellent workmanship and well priced! Would highly recommend Murray and his son and will be using them again!

I highly recommend 3K Constructions for building works. They are very friendly folks and professional at their work. They go out of their way to complete tasks and very honest about the work which needs to be carried out.
