Arcvelop was appointed directly by the company’s directors to provide design and consultancy services. The agreed work was delivered in full and acknowledged at the time. Following completion, public statements were made by individuals not involved in instructing or delivering the work, which conflicted with the documented project record. There was also a lack of clarity around authority, representation, and the use of Arcvelop’s design work. On this basis, Arcvelop would not recommend this company due to lack of transparency

James was swift in responding to our initial enquiry to install 5 new lights and replace an old broken extractor fan. James ordered a new extractor fan based on his recommendation. He arranged to come on a Saturday morning which was very helpful given our work commitments. James arrived at the time he stated and worked swiftly in changing over the new light fittings we had bought. He then removed the old, damaged extractor fan and installed the new one, ensuring that it was working before finishing the job. James was professional, friendly and did an excellent job

We required a fault to be found with our bathroom lights. The work was completed very quickly and we are very happy with the outcome. Prices quoted were kept to and it was very easy to arrange the work.
