  Happy with the media wall

  Steve installed a media wall with fireplace for us. He helped us choose a design and suggested the size of the fireplace that would suit the room and TV. He was reliable and professional. We are very happy with his work!!

  3sb Conversions- amazing work from start to finish

  Just wanted to say how impressed we were from start to end of our garage conversion. We used a local family run business called 3sb Conversions. They were so professional, friendly and took on board all our ideas and made them into reality. We definitely recommend 3sb, not only for their immaculate work ethic and perfect results, but also how they left our home at the end of each day, clean and tidy.   Loft Conversions

  Loft extension, 2 Juliet balconies, 3 Velux's & 2 Lanterns installed and a staircase relocation.

  3SB were recommended from a friend after completing a loft extension for a member of their family, they came highly recommended on the back of that. For us, it was of the utmost importance that we had a reliable builder we believed we could trust as our whole roof was coming off and was to be totally re-designed before being reinstated. I am pleased to say 3SB did not let us down and their work was completed to a very high standard. Even the Buildering Inspector commented, during the sign off meeting, that the standard of their work was excellent, we were signed off no problem.

  Kitchen and ground floor renovation followed by large vaulted roof extension with decked side area

  Down to earth guys, understanding, easy and pleasant to deal with. Great skills and attention to deal and probably the tidiest builders I have ever worked with!

  Kitchen renovation

  If your gonna have any work done you must chose 3sb. From start to finish Steve and Scott have both been an absolute brilliant. From the price to the workmanship it's been spot on. Its always a gamble someone you don't know doing such a big job but I'm so glad they did. Apart from being top blokes they were constantly keeping us updated with what they were doing on the daily and also when there subbies were coming and what they were doing on any given day. Nothing was enough for them when asked, from taking in deliveries to letting the dog out. So glad we picked them will use again Thanks.
