  Poor service and bad communication

  Do not recommend 444 tyres for any work. James came out and diagnosed an issue with my car, quoted £350 and claimed to have undertaken the work. Despite receiving full payment, my car was in the exact same condition it was in prior to the work being undertaken. James promised to return to fix the work, and after weeks of chasing, he came back and was still unable to return the car to a driveable condition. Following the second appointment, James promised to return a third time, which he did not. He did not respond to any messages or my request for a partial refund and I am now £350 down.

  James was great. excellent communications and a fabulous service. dash cam fitted professionally and nothing out of place in my car tyre pressure sensor work amazing and again no issues. such a great service that I will use James again.
