4&J completed a fantastic job in my house. I needed to replace the flooring across the entire downstairs area, which included installing new underfloor heating, tiles, and herringbone wood flooring. The team was very meticulous and completed the work to a high standard without cutting corners. Sergio’s professional and honest manner made the whole process stress-free, and we would feel highly confident recommending and using his services again.

Reliable, professional and hardworking. Stayed late to finish the job and cleaned up afterwards. I asked if they could fill in holes in the ceiling which was not part of the original quote and they did it without charging extra.

We engaged 4&J construction in renovating one of our bedrooms – removing carpet and a really old fitted wardrobe, then making good the wall behind. Plus we also had them extend the skirting board and coving, and fit a picture rail ready for redecoration. They did this work to an excellent standard, and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The work uncovered some exposed pipes from an old boiler, so they also put me in touch with a plumber who could remove them so we could fit flooring. They left the room clean, tidy and ready for redecoration as requested. Would recommend.

4&J constructions Ltd ( Sergio & Team ) did a fantastic job in renovating my bedroom space. From demolishing the old storage space, laminating the flooring ( removing old carpet) ,supply and fitting the skirting boards and painting the walls , cieling as preferred by us was all professionally done. The house was kept completely clean before work and post work as well. Would highly recommend them for any building work to be carried out.

The job was in a tenanted flat and the tenant informed me that the contractor was extremely tidy and considerate throughout. Work was completed ahead of schedule and at price agreed. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use their services again.
