  House reconfiguration, repositioning of stairs, and complete refurbishment

  4B did a fabulous job in every possible way, completely transforming an uncomfortable and badly laid out house into a lovely, spacious and light filled home. I could not be happier. The whole team worked hard, efficiently and professionally, completing the job in excellent time. I have done a few refurbishments over the years and this was the most stress free: it was truly a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble, there were always positive solutions found to any issues that arose along the way. I received the very best advice that ensured the job was done to the highest standard. Delighted.

  Sash window and frame replacement, Change flooring, Painting and decorating

  We couldn't be happier that we found Bledar. Everything was outstanding and completed in an immaculate manner. Bledar and his team truly hold themselves to a very high standard of workmanship and professionalism. The work was actually completed a few days earlier than we had expected, despite some changes to the works. I highly recommend him and his team.

  Remodelled loft and built cabinetry to creat laundry room.

  Bledar and his team were very courteous and tidy. They finished the work to a high standard and finished it ahead of schedule. At the start of the project, Bledar gave us a detailed quote which was very helpful. The agreed price overran by 2.7%. This was due to the house being very old and finding unexpected problems when the walls and floor were stripped back. Bledar kept us informed and gave us options. The overrun was small and reasonable given the circumstances. We would use Bledar and his team again.

  New bathroom and boiler fitted

  This was a complex and messy job. As it's a old house, there were unexpected complications along the way. I particularly like their consultative approach: when decisions had to be made, they told me the options, which one they recommended and why. I felt informed when making a choice. I also found that when I didn't take their recommendation, they accepted that and did what I asked. In the past, builders have ignored me and done what they suggested anyway. They were responsive and available, very helpful, and did the work to a high standard. Not the cheapest but well worth it!
