    lovely, very respectful, boot covers/ shoe removal, explains and asks - makes sure everything is exactly as desired, Fantastic communication. great job. cleaned up. showed job done and explained if necessary and tested. ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMENDED! don't mind the shabby state in the photos surrounding his work. yet to be sorted out.

    It was a bank holiday weekend and we discovered my mother’s toilet had developed a leak and the pipework was so old that it couldn’t be isolated. Ilhan arrived very quickly and worked very hard to fix the problem. He kept me fully informed of what he was doing. We were very happy with his work
