  Ilvan and his team worked solidly for a few weeks. They showed up everyday on time, and worked hard, no complaints at all. The price was as agreed, and any variations or additional work, I was notified early and Ilvan was upfront with the cost. Finished work was good, and we are very satisfied we can use the patio now as the garden was previously very muddy and inaccessible.

  Porcelain paving

  Review short We hired Ilvan and team for backyard paving, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Their work caused major drainage and damp issues, confirmed by an independent survey. Lack of proper sloping and drainage led to water pooling and rising damp against our house. Despite their 3-year guarantee, they dismissed our concerns, blamed us, and refused to fix the issues. Their lack of knowledge about drainage practices is alarming for a company in this field. Communication was poor - agreed sloping and layout specifics were ignored during implementation.

  Small patio

  Ilvan listened and offered advice on what we wanted. Small team of guys. Two guys who did the work were punctual, polite and hard working. We were very pleased with the patio they did of Indian sandstone. Work was completed in 2 days as promised. They cleared away all rubbish and left area clear. Price was reasonable and competitive. Would recommend.
