  Pete and his team completed a ground floor kitchen extension for us and fitted the kitchen.

  Pete, Steve and Jack are great builders. We have used them for a previous extension too and they have been amazing on both occasions. They are very reasonably priced, the best quote that we received and they complete high quality work. They’re great to have around, professional at all times, really respectful of our house, doing their best not to cause unnecessary mess and allow us to function as a family whilst the work was done. I have recommended them before to other members of our family who have also had a great experience of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Build extension to dining room, refit kitchen with under tile electric heating.

  Builders finished the job and we were pleased with the results. Always pleasant, turned up on time, went out of their way to find fittings that we wanted. However, the under tile heating failed in December 2020 and at first Pete said he was on the case, but he stopped communicating with me and have been unable to contact him by any means for several months. In September one of the lights under the cupboard units in the kitchen failed and also one of the sealed window units in the extension failed. Pete doesn't reply to any e-mails and all the phone numbers go through to voice mail.

  8m x 3m extension with significant steel works

  Pete, his brother Steve and Jack the labourer were such a pleasure to work with. Pete led us through the significant 4 months of building works, always offering advice and suggestions where appropriate. The standard of work was amazing and all done to time and budget. Always clean and tidy they respected the fact that this was our home despite all the work needed to be done. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, which is a spacious open plan living area. Their support trades of plastering, electrics and plumbing were also superb.

  No work carried out

  The builder came out looked at both jobs, said he could do them if we could go ahead ASAP. I agreed and he said he would be back Thursday or Friday to start, he wasn’t. I phoned him Friday evening, he said it was because of the weather. I said ok and he arranged to come on Monday, well Monday came and went, no phone call and nothing since. Obviously unreliable.

  Find and repair

  We are really happy with the work carried out. Pete quickly found and repaired a leak that 2 previous builders had not been able to resolve and completed it to a high standard. He was friendly, tidy and kept to timings.
