Very pleasant young man. Arrived on time at 8am. Was very respectful in his manner. He replaced the cistern and although he could not access a new plastic washer for the outlet pipe, he turned the one on the pipe upside down and reattached it. He protected it with sealant. He tested the toilet and cleared up after himself.

Tom arrived on the agreed date and time. He was polite and easy to speak to. Cleaned up after himself. The radiator started leaking water again after he left. However after messaging Tom, he came back quickly and fixed the issue. Lovely guy, someone who I will be definitely in touch with again for any further plumbing issues 🙂

I needed a shower installing in my elderly mother’s spare room. The bathroom was too small to modify so this seemed the best way. Tom from 5 degree building services came up with a great solution of removing the airing cupboard and utilising this space. From start to finish Tom was great to deal with gave a fair quote and kept me updated along the way, everything was left clean and tidy each evening. The finished result was fantastic a shower unit with padded seat and grab rail. I would not hesitate in using Tom for future work and recommending his company to others.
