Arranged with Kev to be at the property for 5pm. Arrived promptly. Courteous, efficient and kept me updated throughout. Outside drain/sewage pipework was blocked and overflowing. Manhole cover up and in with the rods. Once the problem had been removed Kev cleaned up the area. I would recommend Kev for ALL your drainage needs and would use him again without hesitation ( I will always try and get local trades-people)

I had a service from Kevin which was well above my expectation. I was very vague when I first contacted Kevin as I was unsure whether it would be me or my tenant that would be responsible for the repair. I had emailed Kevin a couple of photos and asked for a ball park figure and he took my enquiry seriously. When it came to actually offering the job, he came within an hour and made a first class job of cutting out the old frame and cementing in a new frame and cover. I have utmost appreciation as it's the small jobs that are often hardest to find contractors willing to take. Thank you Kevin.

I contacted 5 star drainage about 07.30 Kevin said he would be able to get to me about lunchtime Kevin arrived at 12.30 in a clean and very well equipped vehicle he didn’t waste anytime identifying the problem which he promptly delt with he then jetted all drainage runs leaving everything clean and tidy he then did the extra works I requested Kevin was on site approximately 4 hours he was very polite and professional I have used other plumbing services in the past but never received as good and prompt service I did from 5 star drainage

Such a friendly chap, very professional and experienced. What I considered a nightmare was remedied with very minimal disruption. Fixed broken drain pipe without excavating absolutely genius
