No pressure during quotation, but very friendly and professional. Fitters arrived on planned date, a little late due to the weather, but got on with things with minimal disruption. 5 Star were quick to give us a very reasonable quote for the replacement of 3 units. They explained that there would be a delay as we wanted tempered glass. When they came to do the fitting we were very pleased that they were so efficient. Would have given them all 10 stars but 5 Star changed the day and then the time and we weren't quite sure when they'd come, but once they were tied down, excellent service.Verified reviewerJob location: UB89.5 Great service
