Composite Front Doors Installation

5 Star Windows are anything but!!!
Repeatedly misleading information, poor communication and reluctance to contact us or take responsibility for errors and bad workmanship. Surveyor who doesn’t identify issues leading to delays with installation only highlighted on the fitting date with no follow up by 5 Star other than to request payment for an incomplete job on more than one occasion. After fitting (with parts missing) there were cosmetic defects including marks, a damaged trim and label residue. We were told these would wash off which was untrue so a remedial visit

From showroom to installation, everyone was polite ,friendly @ efficient. Very pleased with our new door, highly recommend.

Fitting of a new door
Recently had a new door fitted by this company and I don’t leave reviews very often but wow, fantastic service from start to finish. I picked my door at the huge showroom in Kidderminster, this was a nice touch as I got to see the product before the install. Would definitely recommend

Replacement conservatory roof
I was professionally advised all the way through the process of replacing an old conservatory roof, and the fitting was carried out efficiently and to an agreed schedule. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided.
