The work was carried out on a rented property which I own near Ayr. This was organised by the rental management company . I was shocked to receive a bill for £285.60 for 3.5 hours work equating to £68 / hours. I find this amount extortionate! I saw it beforehand and there was certainly not much to do, it is a small bathroom. I have not visited since the work was carried out as there is now a tenant living in the property. I emailed 645 regarding this and was told this was their going rate. I have asked my management company not to use 645 again!

Excellent job, new kitchen, new bathroom, new wiring, new central heating system, plaster and paint. I was so please with their work. The project manager was always updating me with the works. I have now started giving them 90% of our jobs.
