I spoke to Giuseppe on 3rd June 2025, who seemed very helpful and could do all the services I required. I also followed this up that day with a detailed email. I heard nothing back . I then called and chased on 20th June 2025 and spoke with Tim who understandbly knew about it suggesting I resend the email, which I did. I then received a acknowledgment from Giuseppe to say he received my second email. I once again heard nothing back.
