  Installing a proper cill and seal at the base of an external door

  Andy did a great job to make the cill and base of door properly weatherproof after previous repairs by others had failed. Efficient, effective work at a fair price for a quality job. Communication was excellent with me and the tenant.

  Skirting

  Replace some skirting board that were in very bad shape.

  Andy was very helpful and polite. We had few problems with the plaster while replacing the skirting board and he offered to perform the fix and to find some time to do it quickly.
