They also spent a lot of time helping me buy some bespoke parts for the flooring, which I am really grateful for. And I'm very happy with the final result! He spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering all my queries and understood I had been stung before with bad tradesmen, so he really took his time to assist me. He didn’t push for expensive flooring and gave me a selection to fit in with my price range. I am extremely happy. He even called ahead to the flooring store to let them know I was coming and what I required so they were ready to assist. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Paul.
