  Quote and correspondence beforehand was detailed and precise with options of which smoke detectors to choose, so we knew what to expect on the day. Work carried out professionally and in a timely manner. Electrician got on with the job involved and was polite and friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

• Electrical Condition Report and Installation of External Lights

  Excellent communication via email before the work started. The electrician arrived exactly at the arranged time, and walked around the house with me discussing all aspects of the job. As I was working from home, he was careful that the internet didn't go offline for more than a couple of minutes. Later in the day the results of the Condition Report were discussed and I gave the go ahead for a few small improvements to bring the circuits up to modern standards. During the day I also had some outside lights replaced - again the options were fully discussed and I'm very pleased with the results.
