  well established in Harrogate and surrounding areas

  i contacted Antony through checkatrade: he responded immediately. Explained his availability and surveyed the problem , gave me a quote and the parameters of his availability. I accepted his quote. His communication..in my view it was regular and accurate. Work to be done... explained his risk assessment, and that his son supports where necessary but also has his own painting/decorating business. Experienced, reliable and to date trustworthy.   Knowledgeable, considerate and trustworthy

  Tony clearly knows his trade inside out and has years of experience, which really shows. He was honest, upfront about costs, and the price was very fair. I was working from home while he was here, and he was quiet, considerate, and flexible throughout. It genuinely felt like he cared about my home, not just getting the job done. As a first-time homeowner with no DIY experience, he explained everything clearly and never made me feel silly for asking questions. I’d hire Tony again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Several artex ceilings skimmed, including over a tricky stairwell.

  Antony did a fantastic job skimming our artex ceilings. From quote to completion he was polite, engaged and informative and the work was completed to an excellent standard. Will use again!

  Wall plasterwork repair

  Very promptly came out and looked at the walls in person, and recommended a programme of work that seemed very reasonable and decently priced, so I decided to book in. Quick availability and the job was all done in a day. Quality looks really good and came in right on price, and both people who came were friendly and helpful, so I’m very happy and would use again!
