• Leaking toilet repair

  We had an issue with our toilet leaking, Paul was able to come out the next day. On time, polite and very knowledgable- was able to determine the issue within minutes and within the hour of arrival had fixed the issue and consulted on some other items we were considering. Worked cleanly and left everything as it was. Prices very competitive and great value for money Would highly recommend and will definitely be using Pauls services again in the future Jamie and Maria

• Replacing bathroom taps

  We asked them to replace our bathroom taps. They gave us a time and arrived promptly at the time arranged. The job was quite difficult as the original fittings were old and not easy to remove. However, they managed to do the job quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant and helpful plumber, who left the bathroom clean and tidy. We were very impressed that they did such a good job, as we thought there might be difficulties in removing the old taps. Their charge was very modest considering what they had to do. We would certainly use them again for future plumbing jobs.

• Resealing and Reinforcing Kitchen Sink

  Paul has been great from the start. His communication is excellent and he made the effort to come and evaluate the issue with my kitchen sink before deciding on the best course of action. The solution he came up with (the undermount sink was coming unstuck and leaking) was great and cost-effective. The sink couldn't be sturdier now! He fitted wooden battens underneath to make sure the sink was supported and reglued/resealed the sink to the granite. Paul also resealed around both the kitchen sink worktops and the shower. I highly recommend Paul. A good, honest tradesman.

• Diagnosing a water leak in the loft, replacing a ball valve

  We were experiencing a slow leak of water from the overflow pipe linked to the central heating feed and expansion tank in the loft. Paul replaced the very old ball valve that was failing, stopping the leak. He also fitted an extra stopcock and added inhibitor to the F&E tank. He was efficient, timely and courteous, and I would definitely recommend AD Plumbing and Heating.
