Didn’t show up on the day that we had agreed. It was only when I was chasing at lunchtime on that day did I receive a response asking if we could do it the following day! Bit of a joke given that we had arranged to be in on that day. However, the work was completed the following day albeit, they still arrived 45 mins late, but the job was completed to a good standard, and it didn’t take quite as long as expected.

The customer was very particular about what he wanted and did not want, so after many emails & phone calls we managed to satisfy his requirements. For some reason he had us down to a day and we had the next day, although we apologised (customer always right) we took the blame. It's unfortunate, as the customer was upset as we had to chase him up for payment and he would not respond for nearly a week. In hind sight wished we had never bent over backwards to accommodate this person. As you can see we carried out a good job to a high standard of workmanship.
