Anthony Kavanagh saves our kitchen floor!
I would thoroughly recommend using Anthony Kavanagh. He came to correct a subsiding, suspended kitchen floor. He answered the call promptly, explained what he was going to do with detail. He clearly has a great level of experience, knowing instinctively how to correct the problem. Anthony is very friendly, quick to respond to questions. Fitting of a lintel above the kitchen window
Anthony was the first to respond to my job on Checkatrade and he kept up the communications, explaining what the job would entail, which gave me the confidence to book him. On the day, he let me know when he would arrive and measured up for the lintel, then covered up the window below in a neat fashion. He got on in a professional manner , whilst explaining where he was up to on the job. He finished the work mid afternoon and left the place clean with no rubbish. window/brick repair and Lintlets
I have the same knowledge on structural repair, as a half eaten mars bar. Anthony explained everything is a clear, kind and concise manner. He is efficient, and very respectful of the home he enters. If I ever need work doing again, I will definitely be asking for Anthony's assistance. Don't bother looking for any other builder. Anthony is the guy for the job and local to the Worcestershire area. Replaced damaged bricks and drain repair
