• A blocked drain from an outdoor ditch

  The access to the ditch was tricky because of a fallen tree. AMS used their jet nozzle to clear from both above and below the blockage, then used the camera to survey the pipe. We found one area where there was a slight narrowing/kink in the drain and then we used the sonar transmitter on the head of the camera in the drain to find the point on the surface where I would dig if I wanted to get the drain run 100% in the future. All within the 2-hour visit.

  I received a courtesy call from the office informing me that someone would be with me in 40 mins and indeed they were on time. After putting the ctv camera down Zak kept me well informed throughout the procedure. I found him very friendly and informative.

  Called before attending and very prompt. Zak was very helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions (problem was flooding in cellar in heavy rain). Camera examination and explanation of how our drains linked up and also cleared 2 gully traps. Ress as log hood service

• Clear foil drain and determine cause of blockage.

  Phoned in morning and drain cleared in the afternoon. Price was good. Work undertaken by Zak who took great effort to explain the problem and survey the pipe with CCTV. Although it was recognized that Wessex Water would be responsible for fixing the pipe fracture, Zak still spent further time to establishing the location of the pipe fracture using sonar tracing so that I could talk knowledgeably with Wessex Water. Very happy with the service I received.

• Unblocking of water drain

  Contacted AMS regarding blocked external water drain, advised that engineer would attend within a two hour period. Zach was at the house within the stated time frame very courteous and professional and solved the long standing issue of an unknown collapsed grid cover causing blockage in a timely manner explaining the process as he was undertaking the work. Have retained contact info in phone and would highly recommend to anyone requiring this type of service.
