10 Annual boiler service

AM Services London were really easy to contact and book in an appointment that fit my availability. Colin gave me a call when he was en route on the day, and was in the area earlier than my scheduled appointment so he was able to get started early. Colin got straight to work and made sure to explain his findings and highlight anything I should be aware of. Call after lunch on a Thursday and they came out next day on the scheduled time. They had the parts needed for the boiler and the chap had it up and running with in 40 mins knew exactly when was wrong.Verified reviewerJob location: NW910 Boiler service

Job location: HA1The phone was answered promptly and my first impression of speaking to Colin was positive... he was friendly straight forward and gave me a cost for the job. Easy to make appointment with the office and just an overall positive encounter Colin was Punctual ,professional . Everything was clear from start to finish. Thankyou. Sound advice given. Completely disillusioned with my British Gas service contract and response times. After a recommendation from a family member I turned to AM services. Colin is amazing his knowledge is second to none and extremely responsive. I have definitely not regretted moving my annual service contract and know that if I have any issues they will be resolved in a timely manner.
