Ryan was quick to visit our property and complete a quote. He made a great first impression which was continued through the process. Our kitchen ceiling sprang a leak which was letting in an awful lot of water. Ryan was with us within a couple hours of the call, looked at the problem and offered clear and pragmatic options. He then followed through by having one of his team fix the issue, and all within 48 hours of being called and for a fair price. We had a leak in our roof after the heavy hail and rain storms. I started ringing round on Sunday and got in touch with Ryan at Ark, who was quick to come out to assess the problem, and back the next day to fix our roof. He showed me the faults he found and we discussed the best way forward and a fix done the same morning. We are one of the only companies in the Cambridgeshire and East Anglian area that can survey high rise buildings without scaffolding as we have a drone that records live image in 4k resolution up to 120mtrs in height so you can see your roof from a bird's eye view as we are seeing it
