I lost around 500€ and never got my package. I made an order in November and then couldn't login to the site so I didn't have the tracker number. I needed the tracker number for the customs clearance paperwork and I emailed them several times, where Mark Grainger said he'd look into it or never replied. Eventually he gave me the tracker number but by then the deadline had expired and the package was sent back. Even though I forwarded him an email from the post office confirming this he refuses to refund me and told me to "never order from [them] again". Never again.

this was aimed at a separate company, the lady lives in Portugal and I sent some tools to her, she missed delivery and it was held at post office there but she failed to collect, she has since received a full refund.
