Mike was very quick to reply to my initial enquiry and booked me in for an appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I found his prices to be more than reasonable, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He is extremely professional and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Mike has always been so courteous and helpful when he arrives at our house and has been a few times over the last few years as we have a persistent starling issue in the loft which has led to bird mites. Unfortunately though, Mike has been unreliable and has abandoned rat investigation work a couple of times without any communication at all, leaving us with traps in the loft and no solution. It is a shame because when Mike turns up, he is really helpful but as I say, he has failed to turn up more than once and then failed to get back in touch afterwards. We have therefore found someone else

Unfortunately for us the work was started but never completed. Walked away from the job with no communication and left us with the rat problem, in this case the rats beat the rat catcher and now having to pay another company to do the job.

Rat problem resulting in flooding in home. I chose Mike based on reviews here. He responded quickly and was clear about route for action and payment was a ONE SET FEE until problem resolved. He was methodical in finding entry points using powder and camaras. He used traps,bait and temporarily blocked the points and then waited. The rats then went wild for a few days and managed to do more damage under the bathroom floor. Eventually they were caught in traps in the house and Mike filled up entry points permanently and we are rat free. Mike is reliable, thorough and has a calm, professional approach.

Contacted Mike about a Wasp Nest located at the bottom of the garden with wasps entering their nest through fencing into a neighbour's garden. Mike was in the area so kindly came around at short notice, treated the access to the nest. He left suggesting we call him back should they reappear but thankfully no more wasps after a day or so. Prompt, efficient and friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Mike was brilliant, true to his word, no sight of Mr Mole in the trap, so no charge. Previous company had quoted me £300 plus VAT !! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike.
