Used Abbey 4 years. Ago and couldn’t praise them enough HOWEVER in this occasion the communication and quality of install has been atrocious to say the least and continue is to be so. Had to do all the chasing when trying to finalise the door specifications. Then they lost the door so couldn’t fit in the day and had to wait another week. Had to chase that as well. Then when the door was fitted it was installed out of alignment, used wood screws which twisted the frame. Left handle loose and door requiring excessive force to open. Now told I have to wait 2 mth the for a replacement frame!

I replaced all my windows and doors recently with Abbey Windows, but not the back door. My queen cat broke the cat flap and we couldn't fix it, so we bit the bullet and replaced the door. Abbey were incredibly helpful in sourcing and fitting a larger cat flap than they normally supply and the job was done in less than 5 weeks. The Fitter Rob was fast and efficient with no loss of skill in his speed. He was friendly and he had already fitted 2 windows for me. Cannot fault the company nor the fitter. Impressive.

We’re absolutely delighted we chose Abbey Windows to replace our conservatory roof. The roof was removed and replaced quickly—even in the rain—and communication was good, with each trade contacting us directly to arrange the next stage. A special mention goes to Ben the electrician who truly went above and beyond.

Rob has been great at installing our door and made a huge difference to our house. He talked us through all the options and was very thorough - would highly recommend.

All very efficient, Rob arrived promptly and got on with the fitting and worked very hard and cracked on with fitting 2 new doors with kindness and efficiency. A very good job, well done.
