I needed a gas engineer to service my gas boiler. I found the Checkatrade number in a Google search and gave them a call. They answered straight away and in 5 minutes I had an engineer booked to fix a small radiator leak 3 days later and also an engineer booked for heating service.
I remembered that my radiator was covered by my house insurance and a quick phone call later the appointment for leak was cancelled.
The Gas engineer was polite, called in advance with arrival time and I was happy with the work carried out. Thank-you goes to the call Centre and the engineer.
