  After initial fitting day was postponed, 2 lads turned up on the rescheduled day, got to work straight way, they were very thorough and tidy,would highly recommend.

  Absolute brilliant product and customer service. The receptionist first point of contact outstanding customer service! The two directors pride of their company shows on the product , prompt service, 3d cad drawing and prompt written quotes . Two teams of fitters due to separate installations brilliant along with electrician. The plasterer in another league just outstanding finish ! Why outstanding service! I found the customer was the most important person to directors and work force. Resolved minor issues instantly no chasing or arguing old fashion customer service. Highly recommend !

• Replace conservatory

  Thoroughly impressed with Absolute Windows. Took on replacing sides, roof and doors to conservatory, leaving existing wall. There were a few problems along the way due to the existing build not being entirely square. These were dealt with professionally and efficiently. They were clean and professional. Also replaced an E light window in the dining room without any interior access to the property. From sales to fitting, a great team. Would definitely use them again.

  Found all staff and fitters very pleasant to deal with, no hard sell and work started close to the time I required it. Reasonably priced. However with it being a busy Summer season and staff under pressure to complete jobs communications, i.E. Passing on messages about delays and revised times, not always very timely. Fitters obligingly also altered an older windows for me that had gone askew in addition to main job of replacement windows, (Will and Michael). I would definitely use this firm in the future.
