Requested a quote for the repair of leaking gutters at a small 2 storey residential property. The quote was for installation of eaves protectors but when installed did nothing to solve the problem and the gutters continued to leak. When challenged about this I was told that this was not a failure of the protectors but a problem with the original gutter installation. Problem remained and had to get alternative contractors to do a proper job. Very disappointing quality of work, and when pressed was not even prepared to rectify.

We carried out, and completed the first job as requested. We installed eaves trays to stop the water from going into the 1st elevation as required.
This was to prevent the water causing inner and outer structural damage to the property, on completion we were successful, as we tested and inspected the gutters we noticed that the gutters had not been aligned correctly by your previous contractor. This was fully explained, and you wanted a quote to carry out the second job - Gutter alignment.
As we haven't received the full payment we couldn't carry out the second job.
This was also explained to you.
