    Ace diagnosed and ordered my part, and arranged to install promptly. My door hadn’t shut properly for some time and was beyond irritating so it is such a pleasure to have it resolved at reasonable cost by a pleasant and efficient engineer. In this day and age it’s such a relief to resolve something so efficiently and without frustration.

    Highly recommend!! I reached out, Greg was at my place in an hour, he replaced my dishwasher's heat pump effortlessly, finish on time. No hassle at all, and his rate was reasonable. What impressed me even more was that he came fully prepared with all the necessary tools, parts, and even a hefty vacuum cleaner. He went the extra mile by helping me clean the dishwasher's drain and parts I was unsure about. He even took care of filling up the salt and guided me through the cleaning process. Greg's expertise and helpfulness exceeded my expectations! Look no further ????????????????????

    The phone desk at Ace was the most polite and knowledgeable and helpful I have come across in a long time. This member of staff should be training some of the big companies how to get it right first time. Terrific. The engineer was prompt polite and efficient. He took time to explain what had gone wrong and how to avoid it happening in the future. Efficient, friendly and good value, especially the 'Kerching!' ring tone on his phone when payment has been accepted. The overall experience made getting my broken machine fixed (almost) a pleasure
