I have used Adept Heating for more than 15 years . The first occasion was to remove and replace a gas boiler and the most recent was a simple task to change a mixer tap in the kitchen. Mark of Adept Heating has also reviewed my plumbing and heating systems when I moved house, helping me to locate stop taps, sort out a leaking loo and boiler servicing. Mark is well qualified and experienced, a clean and tidy worker, organised and efficient and unfailingly polite. He does not suggest doing work that is unnecessary. As an elderly single woman it is important to have tradespeople I can trust.

Mark was incredibly efficient with great communication skills. On moving into a property where the boiler was not as hoped for. Mark explained that a new boiler was needed and why. He gave us a very competitive quote and he was totally reliable doing a really neat installation with minimal upheaval. Highly recommended by us.

He arrived very promptly. He was extremely courteous. Did an extremely thorough service. I am definitely going to use them again.
