  Flat Renovation

  Agreed for them to come and view and quote on the work - travelled down from Oondon tk the property, arranged for the estate agents to provide access and they did not show. Have not answered any calls or text messages and gone radio silent. Waste of everyone’s time that could have been avoided with a simple call or message.

  Rear extension knock-through including supply and installation of steels

  Side and back extensions

  Bobby and his team were excellent. They completed work ahead of schedule to a superb standard. They were very polite and were very considerate with my neighbours who work from home. They were always available to talk through things and any explain anything I didnt understand. I would highly recommend them.

  Single story side extension

  Bobby and Anthony discussed in detail the works that we wanted carried out. They were both extremely helpful offering advice and ideas, whilst working to the plans of our project. Both Bobby, Anthony and all of their team were very friendly and respectful at all times. Throughout the project we were kept informed of what was happening at each stage. They communicated well with building regs and other contractors coordinating it all so we never needed to worry. They were good value for money and carried out works to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend this team. Thanks guys

  Paving of the rear patio and rebuilding of chimney stack

  Very friendly, efficient and reliable service. Great workmanship and everything was left clean and tidy. Very easy to communicate with and price exactly as agreed. I would definitely use ADL Brickwork again and would highly recommend them.

  New facade and roof to existing garage.

  Bob and his team have done a fabulous job of breathing new life into the front of our house. He removed a tatty facade, built a lovely new one and added a GRP roof to our garage. The work was started and completed on time and exactly to the agreed price. They were very clean and tidy and very polite and courteous. I would thoroughly recommend ADL for any building work that you may be considering. Peter, Broadstairs.
