Tv channels were being affected by satellite signal
Kevin responded within minutes to my initial message, and arranged to look at the work the following day. He moved my satellite dish higher on my house and before he left he checked that everything was working again. Unfortunately later that day the signal was lost again and he came back the following day to replace a part (again by replying promptly to my message that it was not working again). i was not receiving the full freeview bouquet.
