Paul arrived at the time agreed and completed the work in a timely manner with no fuss or mess. He explained everything before he left and nothing was too much trouble for him. Paul arrived on time within one day of being contacted. He analysed the problem efficiently and diagnosed the probable cause He then identified the actual problem and sorted it out so that the TV now works fine.
