I am incredibly impressed with the expertise and professionalism of Ahmed, who is a genuinely experienced plumber. I noticed how thoroughly and diligently he worked to get to the heart of the issue and he offered various solutions. He threw himself into getting the work done perfectly and in a timely manner. Ahmed offered a fair rate and was very generous with his time. He was always polite, excellent at communicating, tidied up and took quiet pride in his work. The two people he brought were also lovely people and it felt safe to have them around. I highly and warmly recommend Ahmed.
