As I had used Roy before, I contacted him on Sunday 20th Feb about assesing some loose tiles caused by the weekend storm. He contacted me on Monday and came that day to assess the damage. Returned the next day and completed the repairs and also went round the neighbours to asses any damage to their properties and to give quotes. There had been a leak in a sloping roof for some time which only occurred when the wind was in a certain direction during heavy rain. Several firms looked at the problem but were unable to rectify the leaks. Roy was working on a neighbours roof so was asked to "take a look"- he immediately saw the cause and came up with an brilliant solution and so far the repair has worked perfectly.Verified reviewerJob location: TN1210 Cowling on chimney and replacing broken tiles

Roy from Albourne Roofing came to review the job the same day and after explaining the options supplied a quote very quickly. As the job was urgent he fitted us in as soon as possible. The work was carried out in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. We were kept informed of progress throughout the job. He also did some additional jobs, pointing and gutter clearing at the same time as the main roofing job. The job was very neat and the external appearance of the roof was excellent.
