From start to finish this company were brilliant! Phillip came to see us over the Christmas break which was very kind of him, communication was great throughout. The removal team did a fantastic job of packing up our old house, they were super fast and no breakages. The team at Alexander James made the moving process simple and stress free. From the packing, on the day before, to the removal and delivery of our belongings, on moving day, we couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Right from the moment we asked Alexander James to give a quote for our removal and relocation we felt we were in good hands. All members of the team were polite, helpful, friendly and ready to answer questions and offer suggestions and advice when asked, most useful when you don’t do this very often and they do it every day. On the final day of the move they kept in touch whilst we travel to our relocation address and obtained keys etc. Moving is very stressful and they very much helped to shoulder the final steps. Excellent team, very professional from visit to quote for job to their knowledge of moving items and packing them skillfully into the lorry. They were calm and nothing was too much trouble. This put, put our minds at rest so had no need to stress. They moved our Garden items over two days on exchange of contracts, then house contents over four days on completion, from Waterlooville, Hampshire to Newcastle Emlyn West Wales. Amazing workers, could move heavy items with ease. Excellent service and value for money We will be happy to recommend them.
