    Great company for boiler service

    Easy to get hold of the reception team by phone and email which really helped coordinating the appointment. Lovely friendly and professional engineer. Quick invoice and receipt - Very happy with the service.

    We have used Alford 3 times and overall pleased with the service, easy to book, responsive and the plumbers were excellent. Let down however with a double cancellation due to other jobs overrunning which was extremely frustrating, but compensated and would use again.

    Trustworthy and efficient firm.

    As always, the engineer turned up when planned. Efficient and tidy boiler service undertaken at a reasonable price. The engineer went to look at another proposed task for a later date, but managed to conclude that on the same visit. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
