We have been established across the Kent and Surrey border for over 20 years and have clients in all over the South East of England especially  around Sevenoaks down to Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and across to Edenbridge and Redhill as well as through to Croydon, and not forgetting the whole of the London Borough of Bromley.  Our main focus is in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction albeit from our conservatory cleaning, repairs and maintenance (CRM) business which also replaces misted window units and installs new front/rear doors and patio doors of any size or from our Contemporary Structures building department which also has a very successful conservatory conversion side as well as building extensions and orangeries ! We operate from a showroom and office with a stocked builder’s yard : What this demonstrates to you is, we are easily accessible, and always here to help.  We have decades of trading in the local area and our showroom proves we are a stable, sound company.  Every enquiry is greeted by our Debbie who has worked with us for almost a decade, her exceptional friendly and efficient manner ensures that every client is visited as soon as possible rather than weeks later. If it is a conservatory clean or repair that is needed you will be booked in immediately and our repair team and cleaners will be on site to transform your conservatory to look like new. In fact, 85% of our conservatory cleans are now on regular maintenance contracts.  If you require any structural work one of our team will pop over and listen to your requirements and offer helpful suggestions and even give a guide price of what costs can be expected. Should you wish to proceed we then follow this up with a detailed survey and provide an accurate quotation, schedule of works and timeline. Once you are in possession of the quotation the ball is very much in your court, we never pressurise you to buy, we will never offer any vastly reduced prices, or free holidays etc. such tactics are not entertained by any of our staff. 

We offer clients good honest workmanship at a reasonable cost that allows us to stay trading for the decades ahead and is at an affordable for you. Don't just take our word for it pop over for a cup of tea and talk to us at our showroom which is open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm if you are only able to visit outside of those hours just call us and we will accommodate you.
