We had no drainage at the side of our property, with all rain water running on the drive and into the garage. All Surrey Drains came out and gave us a detailed quote with a schematic explaining options. When they came out to do the work they were incredibly fast and tidy. Delightful company to work with, would only ever call Hughie again if we need anything.

We had a blockage in the outdoor drain, and we're very glad to have spoken to Hughie, who kindly pointed us in the right direction - it is in fact a shared drain which should be sorted out by the water company. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, very good communication, and we would certainly recommend.

Huhgie attended and very helpfully advised that it was Thames Water sresponsibility and they would fix with no charge. Hughie made no charge but we idid have a cup of tea and a nice chat, excellent service
