  Roof Replacement

  Posted 2 days ago

  A truely honest, professsional workman.

Having been stung by unscrupulous men removing moss from the roof, I an indebted to Garry for his professionalism, workmanship, organisation, honest and thorough work to replace the whole roof, tiles, felt and battens and then to repoint the weathered chimney stack too. Promises fulfilled, dates and timing to the dot. I highly repect his approach and cannot thank him enough.

  Felt Roofing Installation

We were so lucky to find Garry.

We had just moved and my new neighbour told me that she could see that I had a problem with our flat roof from her back garden. She had had a similar problem and recommended Gary. He came quickly and gave us a very clear description of the work that needed to be done. The work is now complete at a very reasonable cost and we have no hesitation in recommending him. He is professional, hard working and cleared away all the waste materials. Before leaving, he showed us before and after photographs of his work which were very interesting.

Roof replacement works including re-felt and battening

In a world where you can struggle to find a genuine, honest contractor, Garry is a rare find. He is someone who arrives when he says, provides a detailed written quote and then carries out the work to an exceptionally high standard. Having had Garry to do a few minor roof repairs over the past year we decided to bite the bullet and go for a full roof replacement. The work was carried out to a very high standard and Garry coordinated scaffolding, skip hire and liaised with the building inspector on our behalf. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again and again.

  Roofing Repairs

  Valley roof repair

Garry carried out a valley repair to the roof, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Before starting, he sent me photos showing the condition of the roof, which clearly explained why water had been coming through the ceiling. Once the repair was finished, he provided photos of the completed work, which gave me great confidence in the quality of the job. Everything was left clean and tidy, and Garry was a pleasure to deal with throughout. He is clearly very experienced, professional, trustworthy and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  Full roof replacement

Contacted Garry for a roof replacement including taking down a chimney below the roof line. Having watched him replace the roof of a near neighbor it was clear his work stood out compared to at least 5 other roofers I’d seen working in our neighborhood. The price was a lot lower than other quotes .Garry explained the process very clearly, was tidy and kept me up to date each day .Im very pleased with the new roof. I highly recommend him.
