  • Putting back piece of dry verge .

    After a piece of dry verge came off during the Sunday night storm I called Allways Roofing at Monday lunchtime. Tommy Grimes visited early on the Tuesday morning and was back on the Wednesday morning with his son to replace it. It had come away from the apex of the roof so not the easiest place to reach ,but they got the bit back on and it looks good. They were so quick to come out and deal with it and customer service was great.

    We are a 3 storey block of flats with a large roof area and have used Allways Roofing numerous times over the last few years whenever we have had a problem. Extremely courteous and tidy and would recommend them anytime.

    We needed rapid attention to a leaking flat roof and were very pleased with how Tommy and David handled it. Photos they took showed us where the leak probably originated, but it was clear after their inspection that more remedial work was needed. We readily agreed their quote. During the work we were impressed by their care and attention to detail. We therefore asked for them to do a critical survey of a polycarbonate roof and the main house and again following discussion and photographs we were happy to agree their plan and quote. What could have been a stressful time was very pleasurable

Once the job began, all work was completed quickly and efficiently. They provided me with progress reports by phone and email - complete with detailed photos - and, when issues were found, sought my approval for any additional work required. All repairs were done to a high standard and the site left clean and tidy on completion.
