  Full kitchen replacement

  As a single male in my fifties, the thought of replacing a tired kitchen was quite challenging. I knew I wanted something modern and bright but the detal of design/practicality was beyond me. I made the decision to go to a local firm rather than a high street chain. From the outset Alon were professional, helpful, provided ideas and explained process and timetable. Combined with a fitting team that were friendly and professional, the overall experience was excellent.

  I thoroughly recommend Swans of Gravesend (Alon Interiors). From start - a lovely design with clever ideas including a small appliance cabinet - to finish, they have been approachable, incredibly helpful and professional. We really appreciated being kept in the loop throughout the process, the installation fitter John was brilliant and we are delighted with the finished product! Suffice to say we have already gone back to book further work with them, namely an en-suite after having a loft conversion.

  Complete replacement of kitchen and appliances. Fitment of pocket door system to dining room.

  I started my kitchen design process in January with Joanne and worked through a slow but comfortable design process taking into account Covid 19 restrictions. All of our criteria was met and any amendments accurately interpreted and drawings completed in a timely fashion to show such detail. The installation contractors ASH were very punctual and their work of a high standard. Aiden was a complete gent dealing with our requests. We did have an issue with our original worktop supply. Disappointment was avoided by a complete professional response leading to a very satisfied customer.

  New kitchen

  Having made contact with Harry from Alon interiors the design and planning of the kitchen was started immediately. Harry was ver professional and knowledgeable and provided guidance throughout. Harry made many ammendments to the design to get juts as we wanted and was very patient. During lockdown samples where dropped to our home which made choosing the right doors and worktops very easy. The fitting was on time and to the quality expected. The final product had left us with a kitchen with the wow factor we was looking for.

  Appliance enquiry

  We had a lovely kitchen fitted five years ago and now wish to replace the integrated washing machine, so made an email enquiry. Rather disappointed with the owner’s response informing us how busy they were and that they would not be able to get a fitter to us anytime soon, so they could not help at all. They did, however, recommend that we look at an alternative supplier and that we use their fitting service instead.
